If no Module/Subject appear in a table please do one or both of the following
1. Assign subject/Module for specific academic year and term/semester
2. Add module/subject and assign

Basic formula

Final Score = (Continuous assessment) x (CA/100) + ((Final Exam)/(TFAP)) x FE Example
CASE 1 CA setting
1. Assume Continuous assessment and final exam was taken 100% without conversion but Continuous assessment should be under 40% and final exam should be under 60% which give total = 100% in such situation you must set CA% = 40 AND FE% = 60 of the corresponding subject
2. Assume Continuous assessment and final exam converted to 40% and 60% corresponding manual which give total = 100% in such situation you must set CA% = 100 AND FE% = 100 of the corresponding subject
3. Assume Continuous assessment is ignored in final exam in such situation you must set CA% = 0 AND FE% = 100 of corresponding subject
Now let us see what magic happen here
Number 1 above assume student have final ca = 80% AND final exam = 78%
(final ca = 80 x (40/100)) + (final exam = (78/(100)) x 100), FE/TEF is a total mark of final exam if exam

Column Explanation

R/H/A : (R) Release Result in individual user, (H)hold result of individual user, (A) Allow data processing of specific module/Subject . If R/H/A is set to 0 means hold result set visibility to none and at the same allow data processing of required module only and if it set to 1 means set result visible and block data process to specific module/Subject
TFAP: This specify total marks of the final examination of all papers in specific module/subject . Assume Physic examination has three paper, paper 1 has 100%,paper 2 has 100% and paper 3/practical has 50% it make total of 250% hence TFAP = 250% which latter could convert to SUM FE see formula above
Set Editable: Set CA (Continuous assessment)/FE (Final Examination)1/2/3 to 0 means false to block data entry to enter score data of specific module/subject or set to 1 to allow data entry from entering data of specific module/subject.
Upgrade: Here you can upgrade score in (-/+) of what ever the score you what without affecting the total of 100%;
Minimum Pass: Set score of CA/FE/Total which set a line that student/candidate can pass the module/subject above that or equal.
SUM=100%: This are the format of CA or FE. some center they propose Ca and Fe should be Ca = 100% and Fe = 100%, some center they propose Ca = 40% and Fe = 60% latter on this could converted by the system during data processing. there your can specify your data format in above cell
CA:M Set CA as Mandatory in result processing
E:T Set Entry mode (Question wise or total marks)
Standardize Score Set Total upgrade to -1 to use Z - score and T-Score, T = 50 + 10Z where Z = (X-M)/S
